Seeking an ARD Facilitator coordinates and manages the Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) process to ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements. Responsibilities include preparing for ARD meetings by gathering and reviewing required documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with staff and families; facilitating ARD meetings in a collaborative and professional manner; and completing all post-meeting follow-up, documentation, and compliance requirements within required timelines. The ARD Facilitator works closely with parents, teachers, administrators, and related service staff to support effective communication and student-centered decision making. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Texas teacher certification required; special education experience preferred.
