ALE (Life Skills) Program Coordinator

Under the supervision of the Director of Special Education, the ALE Program Coordinator manages the Applied Learning Environment (ALE) for students with disabilities. Key responsibilities include program oversight, the development, implementation, and evaluation of life skills programs, as well as staff support and staffing. The coordinator provides districtwide consultation to enhance instructional practices and ensures compliance with special education laws and best practices. Additionally, they design and deliver engaging professional development. Collaboration with department leaders, campus teams, and teachers is central to supporting the effective delivery of specially designed instruction.
